Why join the Chamber?

Joining the Chamber is a worthwhile investment in the community and a vote of confidence in the economic future of Clifton.

The return on that investment is receiving referrals from the Chamber and other members, participating in events, member only sponsorship opportunities, and building powerful, unified efforts to accomplish many community initiatives.

The Chamber of Commerce is designed to stimulate commerce by encouraging exchange of goods and service to create a growing economy. It does this by working with the Clifton Economic Development Corporation and the City of Clifton to improve the financial standing of the community by working with business and industry to locate here. Through their investment members add to a synergy of economic development from which everyone reaps benefits.

Membership also is about exposure. We receive hundreds of phone calls and guests in our offices each year. These visits and phone calls are from local residents and out-of-town visitors inquiring about our businesses and community.

Members also are listed alphabetically and categorically in our online directory and in our Relocation Guide and Membership Directory. New members are celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Our Chamber Ambassadors personally welcome the business to the Chamber. And there are limitless opportunities exist for members to expose their business through Chamber sponsorships.

These are just a few of the ways Chamber members can play a role in making Clifton a better place to live and work.

Your membership is important to us. It helps keep the office open and properly operating and shows the public that Clifton is a progressive growing community.
